The chamber is constructed from heavy-duty brushed stainless steel and is fitted throughout with CF (ConFlat) flanges, making it suitable for high- and ultra-high-vacuum applications such as research, thin-film deposition, surface science, and analytical instrumentation.
Cosmetic condition is good with expected signs of prior use.
The chamber provides a flexible platform with a wide range of access points for pumps, instrumentation, feedthroughs, and diagnostics.
